The President, His
Excellency Professor J.E A Mills in consultation with the Council of
State has appointed seven members to constitute the Board
for Bui Power Authority. They are:

Hon. Joseph Akati Saaka
Margaret Agoe-Owusu
Mr. Jabesh Amissah-Arthur
(Chief Executive Officer of Bui Power Authority)
The Board was sworn-in and inaugurated
by the Minister of Energy, Dr. Joe Oteng-Adjei on the 24th of July,
2009.
