Bui Power Authority participated in the widely publicized Ghana Policy Fair instituted by government to enable Ghanaians acquaint themselves better with government policies. It was under the theme, “Engaging the Citizenry for a Better Ghana”.

Pictures showing activities on the project site dating back to when the sod was cut were on display. Also on display was current activities and progress of the dam construction, resettlement and time-line for the hydroelectric project. BPA respondents were also on hand to provide answers to questions from visitors to the stand.

Among the people who called at BPA's Stall were the Deputy Minister of Energy, Emmanuel Kofi-Buah, the Women and Children’s Affairs Minister, Juliana Azumah-Mensah, the Deputy Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, Dr Hannah Bisiw, and Dr Tony Aidoo.
