Dear Sir,
STATE LANDS – SITE FOR THE BUI HYDROPOWER PROJECT
We
attached hereto a copy of
Executive Instrument 50, dated15th August, 2008
which covers the acquisition of lands vested in Bui Power
Authority in pursuance of the Bui Hydroelectric Power
Project.
The
demarcated lands the subject matter of the above-mentioned
Executive Instrument
is now vested in the President on behalf of the Republic of
Ghana free from any encumbrance whatsoever.
A copy of
the plan referred to in the
Executive Instrument
may be seen during business hours at the offices of the
Executive Secretary, Lands Commission Secretariat,
Cantonments, Accra; The Executive Secretary, Lands Valuation
Board, Cantonments Accra. The Regional Lands Officer, Brong
Ahafo Region; The Regional Lands Officer Northern Region;
The District Chief Executive Tain District, Brong Ahafo; The
District Chief Executive, Bole District, Bole Bamboo;
Metropolitan Chief Executive, Sunyani and Metropolitan Chief
Executive Tamale, Northern Region.
